Logistics
- Fully tailored solutions include Just in Time (JIT), Stock Replenishment Programs, On-Site Stores and Vending Machines, Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) and Consigned Inventory Programs
- Intelligent use of technology such as EDI and virtual warehousing.
- These solutions are aimed at reducing the Total Cost of Ownership by driving down the costs of procurement, storage and management of your bought in product. Vendor count and stock levels can be reduced, valuable factory space freed up for higher value added operations, precious time saved and customers can concentrate on their core business.
- Extensive experience of shipping products directly from our manufacturing partners worldwide, with all quality control, shipping and documentation handled by our experienced staff in our Shanghai and Singapore offices.
- Committed to supplying high quality products, we perform AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) testing at multiple points along our Supply Chain and have dedicated QC personnel based in China.
OEM Application Engineering
- Using our Supply and BFPA Partners, we provide our OEM Customers with support in getting the best life out of their equipment through analysis of their hydraulic hose systems.
- This involves reviewing their system and providing guidance on appropriate product selection and application analysis, providing solutions to meet the demands of the application.
- We undertake CAD Reviews of machine layouts, identify problematic designs, and provide suitable alternative solutions.
- We can also provide through Manuli, simulation testing to assess the problem and provide appropriate solutions.
- Our Application Engineering Services can also provide training to improve working practices in the installation of hydraulic hose assembles to increase the life of the product and eliminate potential issues in the field. This review can include pressure and temperatures traces to identify issues within the system.
- Our Application Engineering Services also includes audits of new machines to review hydraulic hose assembly routing to maximise the longevity of the hydraulic hose assemblies.
On Site Hydraulic Hose Assembly Stations
As part of the backup we provide our OEM Customers, we can provide them with the capability to manufacture hose assemblies on site for R&D and urgent assembly requirements. As part of the service, we provide them with:
- Hydraulic Hose Assembly Equipment which is maintained and serviced annually.
- Racking to Store Hydraulic Assembly Product
- Training from Accredited BFPA Assemblers
- Assembly Instruction Information including Crimp Charts and Visual Aids
